This partnership will allow for increased and improved access to a full range of digital financial services to those who lack access to traditional banking services, accelerating economic opportunities for low-income households and women-led microenterprises.

This partnership provided training to 54,000 cotton farmers in Pakistan, supporting them to improve their farming practices and, with that, their pro?tability. Through its investment, the BCI gained a better foothold in the world’s fourth largest cotton producer and further built the commercial viability of the Better Cotton Standard. Cotton Australia provided its expertise on the back of Australia’s recent accreditation under the BCI.

This partnership ensured smallholder farmers in Kwale interested in growing cotton were equipped with the skills and training required to produce commercial quality cotton for sale into export markets and global supply chains, including Cotton on Group, securing local livelihoods and contributing to the future success of the cotton industry in Kenya.

This partnership provided access to affordable and reliable solar energy solutions to off-grid households and small businesses in Papua New Guinea. The initiative released a range of reliable solar products into the market, providing sustainable alternatives to costly and inferior energy sources and enabling better access to, and connection with, the digital economy.

The partnership provides access to solar energy solutions for 3,000 poor and remote off-grid households in 60 villages in Vanuatu.

This partnership enabled dairy enterprises to access finance for business expansion and off-grid energy solutions. It generated income through increased milk trading, and empowered women through reduced work burden, recognition and economic gains.
